Parenting a Teen

When I dreamt of my future I never imagined that I would long for a 25-hour day! There are babies to be rocked, children to teach and teenagers to listen too and when I feel like I have put in a full day I get to greet my husband home from work with “how is your day” and then put in the hours at my job that pays more then just sticky hugs and wet kisses. I am blessed with great kids, a husband who loves me and a cat with way too much attitude. What more could I ask for?

Heidi,
I couldn't find your email address, but here are two links to gluten-free dining in Seattle.
http://impromptuwinebar.com/
http://www.cafeflora.com/
These are both located on Madison as you head east from downtown. We ate at Impromptu last night for our valentine's dinner (definitely a grown up restaurant)--it was fabulous! Cafe Flora looked a lot more kid-friendly, but I think Impromptu would work for an older child's lunch--without the baby, perhaps. It's really, really small! No place to set a carseat for sure! Cafe Flora (driving by it) looked quite a bit larger.
Hope you get a chance to try either of these places sometime.
